New Logo Design: Seasonal Property Management

The Rusty Pixel Designs New Logo for Seasonal Property Management

The Rusty Pixel is excited to unveil a fresh new logo created for Seasonal Property Management, a Brevard County–based company dedicated to safeguarding homes, condos, apartments, mobile homes, and even boats while owners are away. This design was developed as part of our clipart logo package, where we crafted the concept from the ground up to match the client’s vision, brand personality, and service offerings.

The new logo features a modern circular icon that blends several key elements into one sleek illustration: a stylized palm tree, a large crashing ocean wave, a tall condo building, and the ocean waves below. Together, these elements create an immediate sense of coastal lifestyle, comfort, and trust—perfect for a company that helps maintain and protect your little slice of paradise.

To the right of the icon, the company name appears in an elegant serif-style font, adding a refined, professional touch. Beneath it, the slogan is placed in a clean sans-serif typeface for balance and readability. The color palette of blue and aqua reinforces the logo’s tropical vibes, while the overall style remains crisp, modern, and highly versatile. Designed intentionally with simplicity in mind, the mark also works beautifully as a two-tone silhouette, ensuring it looks great on everything from signs to uniforms.

The icon itself was crafted to function perfectly as a social media profile photo—instantly recognizable, friendly, and strong at small sizes.

Seasonal Property Management provides essential services such as HVAC, electrical, and pump checks; minor landscaping; small non-permitted repairs; and even vehicle or boat servicing before you return. Their new logo reflects the peace of mind and professionalism they bring to every visit—helping make your return to Florida paradise easier than ever.
