We have just finished a brand-new website for Launch Brevard Homes. This newly finished web project is our semi-custom website package and built using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). The web design features a mobile-friendly responsive layout, has a homepage header animated image slider, email contact form, online review form, SSL certificate and web hosting.
Launch Real Estate was founded in 2016 in Brevard County by a Florida native. Their mission is to provide exceptional and continued service to their clients throughout and beyond the closing of their real estate transaction. They pride themselves on being a resource throughout the years on all things “Brevard”, hence their mission statement: Integrity-Committment-Results. They will customize a real estate plan to meet the specific needs of each client.
Their new web design has a blue and brown color scheme which matches their logo (which we also created) perfectly and captures the vibe of Brevard County FL. There is an extensive resource page which contains useful information about the many activities, schools, nightlife, utilities, parks, arts, entertainment and sports of Florida’s always enticing Space Coast.
The site also has an interactive mortgage calculator which allows users to change the details of a potential real estate purchase (such as price, interest rate and down-payment) to calculate principle, monthly payment amount as well as total number of payments — obviously useful information when purchasing a new home.
