New Website: Reef Realty Florida

Brand-new web site launched for Reef Realty Florida — a new real estate firm based on Merritt Island FL in Brevard County.

Our newest website is 100% custom designed/coded from the ground-up and built using the WordPress CMS (Content Management System). The homepage header has a full-screen video slider with stock-video of a sea turtle swimming in the ocean — this along with the aqua blue and coral color scheme really captures the vibe of Florida perfectly. Below that are 4 turtle icons based on their logo design (which we also created) with call-to-actions to select pages of the site.

One of the coolest features we added is the MLS IDX which allows realtors to showcase MLS listings right on their website as well as allowing users to do detailed MLS searches for real estate listings — all this without leaving the site! The system is designed to work with WordPress and is great way to engage with potential customers as well as improving the websites organic SEO search results and page rank.

The header layout is very minimalist with just the logo to the left and the menu open button fixed to the top-right corner of the screen at all times (even when the user scrolls down) — when clicked the navigation menu slides into view. Other web site features include mobile-friendly responsive, email contact form, SSL certificate and web hosting.
